Ofrenda' is a dialogue with tradition, from the origins to the materials. A piece built entirely of adobe from different soils forms the altar, on three levels, and incorporates the spirit of nature and the earth as the main soul of the project, which embraces a landscape of objects and forms.
The anthropomorphic candles are based on the traditional pan de muertos, whose scent of orange blossom or copal surrounds the altar. Large-format chopped paper creates a backdrop through figures on whose extremities roots spread out or flowers and fruits sprout. A choral chant of elements that vindicate the spirits of nature that coexist with our loved ones.
